Flat Bench Sit Up With Medicine Ball

Start laying flat on bench with medicine ball at chest

Then sit all the way up with medicine ball held up above head. Try 10-15 repetitions.

Russian Twist with  Medicine Ball

Start with knees slightly bent, ankles crossed and heel on bench or hovering. Hold medicine ball at chest level.

Twist to left and right sides rotating ball down towards hips; left and right equals one repetition. Try 20- 25 repetitions.

Start laying on your back with knees bent and feet hovering over bench. Hold onto bench for support.

Reverse PushUp

Drive knees and hips upward towards chest then lower slowly without feet touching bench and repeat. Try 10-20 repetitions.

Hip Thrusts

Start laying on bench with knees bent and feet slightly raised.

Drive heels and thighs up towards ceiling keeping abs engaged. Try 10-15 repetitions.
