If you’re headed to Miami Carnival 2021, check out this list of COVID-19 requirements and protocols for official events as well as where you can get a PCR test in South Florida.
Miami Carnival Organization along with the South Florida Carnival Band Leaders Association have stated that EVERYONE (spectators and masqueraders) participating in Miami Carnival 2021 must present with a negative PCR test prior to attending OFFICIAL Miami Carnival events.
Official events include:
- Panorama (Friday October 8th)
- J’ouvert (Saturday October 9th)
- Parade & Concert (Sunday October 10th)

Everyone must also wear a mask if participating and/or spectating; mask wearing will be enforced.
Recommended testing date is Wednesday October 6th, 2021. Those who do not have a negative PCR test will be subject to testing before entering any official events.

Free shuttle rides will also be provided to the official events. Read the flyer below for locations and times.
